The Game reached a settlement in court last week, concerning a civil lawsuit stemming from a 2007 assault case where he allegedly punched a man during a pick-up basketball game. Details regarding the settlement were not disclosed Shannon Rodrick filed a civil suit against the rapper (real name: Jayceon Taylor) back in 2008, claiming he was "injured in his health, strength and activity" and suffers from both mental and emotional anguish, as well as embarrassment, after Game punched him and shortly thereafter threatened him with a gun.
