With a mission statement that hits the mark - this organization is something no model, designer (fashion or graphic) or sponsor should miss. Like he stated in the mission statement below, it's all going to "develop Boston's position as a major player in the international fasion arena," and if his actions are as true as his words - this organization may create a spotlight for everyone to shine. Modeling Made Easy Mission Statement
Modeling Made Easy promotes models in a global market. The events support and strengthen the models reputation for developing modeling excellence. Our casting calls, events, fashion shows, and pageants assist in the growth and economic impact of the designer fashion; photography, videography, publishing, and graphic design industry and enhance its international culture and creative reputation.
Modeling Made Easy was formed in 2010 out of Art Boy Cali Inc. Art Boy Cali aims to showcase local business and organizations of various genres and develop Boston's position as a major player in the international fashion arena.
Modeling Made Easy is a non-profit organization based in Boston, MA. Modeling slogan is "It's Not What You Can Do For us, But What We Can Do For You". Modeling Made Easy is made up of sponsors of various genres who seek models, and can afford them with great exposure and resume building. The organization has the core purpose of gathering business that surround the fashion industry and collectively embark on the process of working with models, and implementing modeling excellence, social justice and sustainable principles.
Modeling Made Easy’s first casting call will take place on Thursday March 18, 2010 at the Dudley Branch Library Auditorium (located at
Roxbury, MA 02129). This casting call is open for anyone who is an aspiring model. It is primarily geared for young adults between the ages of 18 and 25 but all are welcome. Anyone below the age of 18 will need to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. The hours of casting call will begin at 5:30 pm and end abruptly at 7:30pm. Registration will be available between 4pm and 5:30 pm. All models must have a printed copy and completed their Modeling Made Easy form. You can download this form via our Facebook event link, or pick up a form at all Boston Public Branch Libraries, Studio 24 Grafix & Printing, MOD Boston and many other locations in the Greater Boston area. Flyers with the reminded date and time and list of sponsors will be available at club venues, college campuses, local restaurants and police departments.
